The following terms shall be in effect for all design and/or writing projects. Once the contract is signed between Scott Lindquist and the client, a 50% deposit is required before any work begins.  The balance is due prior to hand-over of final designs/writing assignment. In general, two proofs of design work will be provided. Websites proofs or “comps” are completed in the initial stages of the design and site analysis process. Work may be billed at an hourly basis, flat fee or per project basis, or as an ongoing monthly retainer. Designer/writer retains all rights prior to final payment.
